PARENTAL CONTROL

The Parental Control Feature allows you to block programs by channel. You set up Parental Control and turn it on and off for the entire system by entering your Personal Identification Number (PIN). You cannot view blocked channels without entering you PIN.

HOW TO LOCK A CHANNEL

1. Press the CBL button on your remote.
2. Press the MENU button.
3. Use the ARROW buttons to highlight Parental Control option.
   
4. Press the SELECT BUTTON.
5. Use the ARROW buttons to highlight Lock/Unlock Channels button.
   
6. Enter your Parental Control PIN (pre-set default is 32154).
   
7. Use the ARROW button to highlight the channel you want to lock.
8. Press the SELECT button to lock the highlighted channel.
9. Press MENU to return to watching TV.
   NOTE: All locked channels will broadcast the UNITS Info channel.

HOW TO UNLOCK A CHANNEL

1. Repeat steps 1 – 6 for locking a channel.
2. Use the ARROW button to highlight the channel you want to unlock.
3. Press the SELECT button to unlock the highlighted channel.
4. Press MENU to return to watching TV.
   NOTE: Locked channels are indicated by a checkmark next to the channel name.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PARENTAL CONTROL PIN

1. Press CBL button on your remote.
2. Press the menu button.
3. Use the down ARROW button to highlight the Parental Control option.
4. Press the SELECT button.
5. Enter your current Parental Control PIN (pre-set default is 32154).
6. Enter your new Parental Control PIN (your new PIN must be 5 digits).
7. Enter your new PIN again to verify it.
8. Press the MENU button until you return to watching TV.
